Complaints Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Hubbby is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful platform. This Complaints Policy explains how anyone — whether or not they are a registered user — can report content and how we review, resolve, and communicate the outcome of those reports.
1. Reporting Content
You may report any content that you believe is illegal or that otherwise violates our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or applicable law (the "Standards"). This includes, without limitation, content that may involve minors, non-consensual material, or any other prohibited content.
To submit a complaint, contact us by email at support@hubbby.ai or through our Contact Us page. Please include the location of the content (for example, a link or screenshot) and a description of why you believe it is illegal or violates the Standards so we can locate and review it.
2. Review and Resolution
All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days of receipt. The steps we take to review a complaint are:
- We acknowledge receipt of the complaint.
- Our review team investigates the reported content and assesses it against the Standards and applicable law.
- Where appropriate, we may restrict or remove the content while the investigation is ongoing.
- We reach a decision and communicate the outcome to the complainant.
3. Potential Outcomes
Following our review, the potential outcomes of an investigation include:
- Removal or disabling of the reported content.
- Restriction of the content's visibility.
- Suspension or termination of the account responsible for the content.
- Referral to law enforcement where the content is or may be illegal.
- A determination that the content does not violate the Standards and no action is taken.
4. Appeals
If you disagree with a decision made in response to a complaint, you may appeal. Appeals or requests to review any decision should be sent to support@hubbby.ai. For the full appeals procedure — including the right of any person depicted in content to request its removal and the option to have disagreements resolved by a neutral body — please see our Appeals Policy.
