Appeals Policy

This Appeals Policy describes how decisions about content on Hubbby (Hubbby.ai, operated by SWC AI LLC) can be appealed, and how any person depicted in content may request its removal. Almost all imagery on Hubbby is generated by Artificial Intelligence and does not depict real people (see our 2257 Statement). This policy nonetheless applies to any content in which a real person is or may be depicted.

1. Right of a Depicted Person to Request Removal

Any person who is depicted in content available through the Service may appeal to have that content removed. To make such a request, contact us at support@hubbby.ai with enough information to identify the content (for example, a link or screenshot) and to verify that you are the person depicted.

We will remove the content if the outcome of our investigation determines that consent to depict, distribute, or make the content available was not given, or is void under applicable law. We will also remove content where consent has been validly withdrawn.

2. Appealing an Enforcement Decision

If your content was removed, restricted, or your account was actioned, or if a complaint you filed was decided in a way you disagree with, you may appeal. To start an appeal, email support@hubbby.ai and include your username, a description of the content or decision at issue, and any evidence or explanation that supports your appeal.

We will review your appeal, reconsider the original decision in light of the information you provide, and notify you of the result.

3. Resolution by a Neutral Body

If there is a continuing disagreement regarding an appeal that cannot be resolved between you and Hubbby, you may have the disagreement resolved by a neutral body. We will not prevent or contradict your right to have such a disagreement resolved by an independent, neutral third party in accordance with applicable law.

4. Timeframe

We aim to acknowledge appeals promptly and to resolve them within seven (7) business days of receiving the information needed to review them. Related complaints are handled under our Complaints Policy.
