Cancellation Policy

Hubbby offers membership subscriptions that may renew automatically (recurring billing). You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation is always possible, and the methods below explain exactly how to do it.

How to Cancel a Recurring Subscription

You can cancel your subscription from further billing in any of the following ways:

• In your account: go to Profile → Manage Subscription and select cancel. This stops any further recurring charges.
• By email: contact our support team at support@hubbby.ai and request cancellation of your subscription.
• Through our payment processor: you may contact our payment processor's Consumer Support department, which can locate your transaction and cancel further billing on your behalf. If your subscription was billed through CCBill, you can reach CCBill Consumer Support at https://support.ccbill.com/.

What Happens After Cancellation

• Your subscription will not renew, and no further recurring charges will be made.
• You generally retain access to membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
• Annual memberships are a one-time payment and do not auto-renew, so they do not require cancellation of recurring billing.
