Community Guidelines
I. FOUNDATION STATEMENT
Our Community Guidelines ensure a safe, ethical, and creative environment for all users. Along with applicable laws, the Hubbby Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, these rules govern interactions on Hubbby and keep it safe and fun.
Hubbby is committed to fostering responsible AI-generated content while prioritizing user safety. Our policies distinguish between:
- 🚫 Never Use (real-world harm, illegal activity, exploitation)
- ⚠️ Restricted Use (fictional narratives with proper safeguards)
- 🔧 Other Rules (technical and operational standards)
When potential violations are identified, we review and take proportionate action, which may include content removal, access limitations, or account termination. Enforcement prioritizes transparency, fairness, and user education to maintain trust.
II. 🚫 NEVER USE
These rules have zero tolerance and will result in immediate removal of content and possible account suspension.
1. No Minors (Under 18)
Minors—any content involving characters who are under 18 years old—real or fictional. This rule applies even if the content is non-sexual.
- No underage characters, even in SFW bots.
- No underage focused locations (daycares; nurseries; elementary, middle, high school, special academies).
- No characters from media who are canonically underage.
- No "aged-up" characters (making a 17-year-old character "18"; age inferred or implied but not stated outright, such as time changes; ages that are ambiguous in any way or not given at all).
- No "legal loli" (characters who look like children but claim to be adults).
- No references to children unless explicitly stated to be adults (e.g., "my 25-year-old daughter").
- No parenthood implying underage birth (e.g., "I had my kid at 16" → banned).
Example Violations:
❌ Scenario 1: High School Setting
Bot Description: "You're a senior at Westfield High School. It's your last semester before graduation and you're 18 years old."
Why Banned: High school settings are prohibited regardless of stated age because they're associated with minors and create inappropriate contexts.
❌ Scenario 2: Legal Loli Character
Bot Description: "Meet Luna, a 1000-year-old vampire who looks like a 12-year-old girl but has the wisdom of centuries."
Why Banned: Characters with child-like appearances are prohibited regardless of claimed age because they sexualize minor body types.
❌ Scenario 3: Aged-Up Character
Bot Description: "This is Boruto from My Hero Academia, but I aged him up to 19 so it's legal now."
Why Banned: Characters canonically depicted as minors cannot be "aged up" because AI systems reference original source material treating them as children.
2. No Grooming
Grooming behavior—any implication of waiting for, preparing, or conditioning someone for sexual activity before they reach adulthood—is strictly prohibited.
- No waiting until someone turns 18.
- No mentions of knowing the user/character "since they were young," "growing up together," or "watching them mature."
- No mentor/student, guardian/ward, or authority-figure relationships with undertones of pre-adult history.
3. No Non-Consent (NC) or Sexual Assault
Non-consensual sexual activity—any implications of coercion, force, or situations where consent cannot be freely given or withdrawn. This includes both explicit depictions and implied scenarios.
- No rape, sexual assault, or forced acts of any kind.
- No intoxication to the point of impaired judgment and inability to consent.
- No blackmail, coercion, or threatening themes.
- No sexual activity with unconscious, asleep, or heavily sedated characters.
- No exploiting characters with cognitive disabilities or altered mental states (e.g., hypnosis, mind control).
- No captivity scenarios where consent isn't freely possible (e.g., prisoners, slaves, hostages).
- No secretly recording or distributing intimate content.
- No surprise acts without prior consent (e.g., stealthing, removing protection without consent).
4. No Hate Speech
Hate speech and discriminatory content—any content that promotes harm, exclusion, or harassment based on personal characteristics or beliefs.
- No calls for violence, discrimination, hate, mocking, or slurs based on disabilities, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexuality.
- No "fantasy racism" (discrimination, oppression, or slurs based on race/species).
- No perpetuating harmful myths or stereotypes (e.g., gender roles, racial superiority).
- No promotion of violent ideologies (Nazism, terrorism).
- No recruitment for hate groups.
5. No Bestiality
Bestiality—any content that involves sexual acts with animals. This rule exists because animals cannot give informed consent—they lack the cognitive ability to understand or agree to sexual activity with humans.
- No sexual acts with fantasy or real-world animals (dogs, cats, horses, pokemon, etc.).
- No references to bestiality (e.g., "I had sex with my dog").
- No references to zoophilia (romantic/sexual attraction to animals).
- No sexual content involving creatures that cannot communicate or think like humans (e.g., a horse with a human face but animal intelligence).
- No "animal instincts" as an excuse (e.g., "werewolves can't control themselves").
6. No Extreme Violence or Abuse
Extreme Violence or Abuse—any content that glorifies, encourages, or graphically depicts excessive harm be it physical or psychological. Even in fictional settings, certain violent themes are never allowed because they promote real-world harm or trauma.
- No detailed descriptions of cannibalism, dismemberment, decapitation, disembowelment, mutilation, prolonged suffering.
- No "snuff" content (sexualized death).
- No self-harm instructions or encouragement (cutting, eating disorders, suicide methods).
- No romanticizing abusive relationships (e.g., "He hits you because he loves you").
- No "punishment" themes without clear boundaries (e.g., "I'll hurt you until you learn").
- No recreations of war crimes, genocide, or school shootings.
- No idolization of serial killers or violent extremists.
- No descriptions of animal suffering (real or fantasy).
7. No Real People or Illegal Content
Real-world harm—any content that exploits, impersonates, or promotes illegal acts involving actual people or takes place in the real world. Breaking these rules will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
- No deepfakes or AI-generated images of real people (celebrities, streamers, politicians, private individuals).
- No promotion of illegal activities in the real-world (drug dealing, trafficking, etc.).
- No doxxing or sharing private information (addresses, IDs, non-public photos).
- No promoting crimes in the real-world (drug manufacturing, hacking, fraud, trafficking).
- No sharing pirated content (movies, books, paid AI models).
- No facilitating harm in the real-world (hitman services, weapon sales).
- No revenge porn or sextortion (threatening to expose intimate content).
- No recruiting for hate groups or violent ideologies in the real-world.
- No manuals for making weapons/drugs/explosives.
III. ⚠️ RESTRICTED USE
These rules allow certain content only with proper safeguards. Violations may result in restrictions (e.g., limited visibility) rather than immediate bans.
1. Consensual Non-Consent (CNC) & Kink
CNC and kink content is allowed only when clear consent frameworks are established upfront. These rules ensure all interactions remain ethical while allowing creative exploration.
Must Include:
- All characters are clearly consenting adults.
- All characters must be able to give or withdraw consent at any time.
- Tag bots and label bot intros properly (e.g., [CNC][Safeword: Red]).
Must Not Include:
- No permanent power removal (e.g., blind obedience, ownership, slavery).
- No locations that involve confinement or captivity where consent cannot be freely given or withdrawn (e.g., prisons, asylum, rehab center). Some settings, like prisons, can only be used in rare cases where guardrails are put in place.
- No characters, a character within the Bot or the User's character, can be placed in a position where they are unable to give or revoke consent in the Greeting (e.g., bound/tied up, coercion, hypnotized, intoxicated, kidnapped, mental incapacity, or unconscious).
- No action can be taken for or against the User's character that they are unable to give or revoke consent to in the Greeting (e.g., a sex scene in progress where the User is a participant).
2. Fictional Violence
Violence is allowed only with proper boundaries and without glorifying real-world harm or depicting excessive gore.
Must Include:
- Clear fictional context (alternate reality, fantasy, sci-fi, superhero settings)
Must Not Include:
- Graphic gore descriptions (detailed dismemberment, torture, mutilation)
- Detailed descriptions of internal organs or mutilation
- Real-world violence parallels (school shootings, domestic abuse, hate crimes, historical atrocities)
- Domestic violence or abuse as entertainment
- Violence against vulnerable groups (elderly, disabled, pregnant, children, animals)
- Instructions for real violence or weapon-making
- Glorification of real serial killers or violent criminals
3. Substance Use
Substance use content is allowed only without glorifying addiction or impairing consent. This ensures realistic portrayals while preventing harmful messaging.
Must Include:
- Characters must remain capable of giving informed consent
- Addiction must be portrayed as a serious problem, not entertainment. Only referred to in the past tense.
- Recovery characters must be shown as functioning and stable
- Social drinking/smoking must be consensual
Must Not Include:
- No intoxication to the point where consent is impaired or revoked entirely
- No using substances to incapacitate someone
- No promoting drug dealing or illegal distribution (real or fictional)
- No real life drug dealing or trafficking
- No romanticizing addiction or overdoses
- No encouraging substance abuse as a coping mechanism
- No depicting active addiction as glamorous or desirable
- No instructions on how to make or distribute alcohol/drugs or products derived from them
4. Restricted Body Fluids
Body fluid content is only restricted in images. All bodily fluids that are banned from images (except for excessive blood) are allowed to be included in bot descriptions.
Allowed (In Images):
- Cum, vaginal fluids, saliva
- Small amounts of blood (vampire feeding, blood play kink)
Banned (In Images):
- No waste fluids (urine, feces, vomit)
- No excessive blood (gore, violence, serious injury)
- No fluids from non-consensual acts
- No fluids that suggest illness or infection
5. Power Imbalances
Power imbalance content is allowed only when clear consent frameworks prevent real-world exploitation patterns. These rules ensure fictional dynamics don't normalize harmful real-world relationships.
Must Include:
- All characters must be clearly consenting adults with equal agency
- Consent must remain revocable at any time by any party
- Clear fictional context that doesn't mirror real exploitation
- Both parties must have genuine choice to leave the situation
- Characters must be mentally capable of informed consent
Must Not Include:
- No coercion or threats to maintain the relationship
- No using professional authority to coerce sexual acts
- No financial dependency preventing free choice
- No threatening consequences for refusing sexual activity
- No exploiting vulnerable mental states (grief, depression, addiction)
- No institutional settings where consent cannot be freely given (hospitals, prisons)
6. Anthro/Furry Characters
Anthropomorphic (anthro) and furry characters are allowed only when they demonstrate human-level intelligence, communication abilities, and the capacity for informed consent. These characters must be clearly distinguished from regular animals.
Must Include:
- Human-level intelligence and reasoning abilities
- Clear ability to communicate in human language (speaking, writing, complex thought)
- Anthropomorphic features (human-like body structure, opposable thumbs, upright posture)
- Adult maturity and decision-making capacity
- Ability to give, refuse, and withdraw consent at any time
- Sapient and sentient characteristics (self-awareness, complex emotions, moral reasoning)
Must Not Include:
- Animal-level intelligence or instincts as primary traits
- "Heat cycles" or mating instincts that override consent
- Characters who cannot communicate clearly
- Feral or non-anthropomorphic animals (regular dogs, cats, horses, etc.)
- Characters driven purely by animal impulses
- Any suggestion that "animal nature" prevents consent or control
IV. 🔧 OTHER RULES
These rules keep Hubbby running smoothly and protect user safety. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or technical limitations.
1. Image and Copyright Requirements
All images must be original or legally owned content to protect both creators and the platform from legal issues.
Must Include:
- Own copyright to all uploaded images
- AI-generated content must be original
Must Not Include:

- No copyrighted images from anime, comics, games, manga, movies, or shows
- No original content from comics or original images from animation
- No stolen artwork from other creators
- No hyper-realistic or photo-realistic images that could be mistaken for real photos
- Attribution for any licensed material DOES NOT grant you the copyright to use it
2. NSFW Content Display Restrictions
Explicit visual content triggers limited display to protect new users while allowing adult content for verified users. These bots aren't banned—they just have reduced visibility until users reach interaction thresholds.
Limited Display Triggers:
- Visible genitals (penis, vagina, nipples, anus, testicles)
- Sexual acts in progress
- Explicit sexual positions or penetration
Technical Note: Limited display means new and unregistered users won't see these bots until they've interacted with the platform enough to demonstrate they're seeking adult content. Registered users with sufficient activity can access all content immediately.
3. Account Security and Authenticity
Account security rules protect users from fraud, identity theft, and platform abuse. These rules ensure every user is genuine and accountable for their actions.
Must Include:
- Use only your real identity for account creation

- No selling, buying, or transferring accounts to other people
- No using false information during account registration
- No accessing other users' accounts without permission
- No creating accounts for anyone other than yourself
4. Spam and Commercial Restrictions
These rules prevent Hubbby from being flooded with low-quality content, advertisements, or commercial schemes that harm user experience. Violations result in content removal and possible account restrictions.
